If you want to rent by the day, week, month, or long term such as 6-12 months we can help. Fees are as follows: 20% of rent collected. For long term such as 6-12 month leases we do not charge you the 1st months rent. The bottom line is 20% and no hidden fees. We believe only collecting 20%, versus the 1st months and then 15% each month after, can help you realize your investment. Includes: finding the renter, inventory control, handling of the rent, depositing of the rent, and cleaning service between renters. Services such as lawn maintenance, plumber, electrician, or any other services needed at your property will be obtained for your property only by your approval and price determination.
| Commission Based Promotion
You pay us only when we book you a reservation. Do you need just a little more exposure but already have a management company? No problem, we are only paid commission on the rental we bring in. We can work with you directly or hand-in-hand with your management company. We answer any inquiries and book the reservation with you or your management company. 10% is all you pay as our commission.
